CloudHotelier PMS doesn’t require any installation nor servers inside the company, because it can be accessed through a web browser from any device with Internet connection, such as a computer, mobile phone or tablet.
Apart from incorporating the essential functions of hotel management like planning, booking, bills and reports, it also includes the features of Channel Manager, because it can be connected directly to Booking.com and Expedia.com to download reservations and update the information for prices and availability directly from the system. Our integration with SiteMinder allows CloudHotelier PMS to be connected with more than 350 channels through this platform.
In addition, it allows the management of quotas and guarantees for offline channels with a comfortable panel to manage and organise the availability, reservations, rates and rooms.
One of the featured highlights is that it allows the automation of emails, for example, the automatic sending of check-in reminders, satisfaction questionnaires, booking confirmations, or the automation of marketing emails like promotional codes.
It also includes a reading system of identity documents and passports OCR (Optical Character Recognition) using a simple webcam, and it generates travellers files for the police and statistics of INE.
