Regarding Hotel Reservations System Manager (HRS Manager), first of all, you need to know that you need to purchase a PRO plan in order to use our system (although you have a 1-month test drive of the cloud version when registering your account). Once purchased your PRO plan you have 2 options:

• Option 1. Download HRS Manager, wich you can use with no time limit, as it is open-source software. But, if you don't renew your subscription, you won't have access to software updates or new downloads. Some of them may be important, as could be security fixes.

• Option 2. Use our Cloud Admin Panel, wich is the same software (HRS Manager), but with some add-ons, like secure card form for collecting user card details, and connectivity integrations (SiteMinder channel manager will be available from July 6th, other channel managers will follow, and other integrations like Tripconnect from Tripadvisor). Using this option you will need to renew your subscription.

Regarding hotel website:

With a PRO plan or and ENTRY plan you will be able to download our theme-packages wich are an exact copy of the websites you can see in our demo. You'll only need to customize with your texts and photos and configure your booking engine if you need it. Everything you download from us is open-source and GPLV2 licensed, so everything will continue working as normal when your subscription expires.
