Please note that the room availability (room units available) is different from the rate availability (is the rate available or not).
Room availability can be from 0 to 100 ore more
Rate can only be 1 (yes) or 0 (no)
Please note that avail is scaled at the moment of setting the booking in processing / hold status, that is when the user first submit the details.
There's a 15 min waiting period before the reservation is confirmed or aborted. Is the reservation hasn't been confirmed avail is scaled up again.
