Bugs on the platform

Hi there,

I am not sure who can help to clarify few of my questions below while I am doing an evaluation of the software for my hotel project.

  1. How can I attach the image to show the error found?
  2. As I am evaluating the product on my test server connecting to cloudhotelier panel, I notice, it is indicated "3 people are looking at the same hotel at this moment". I am not sure how does it compute to the total of 3 people. I only have 1 single connection and I am the one doing the testing.
  3. Room availability, on the website, it does state " sorry, not enough anticipation, 5 days required" where the booking engine search is actually looking for 13 nights stay. I click on the view availability, it does show availability on the date specified. I have gone to the Joomla administrator to perform the "save configuration" as well as "synchronise inventory". Nothing seem changes.

Appreciate if you could assist with my query above soonest possible so I can continue on the testing and make a decision whether or not to use cloudhotelier platform.

Hello there,

  1. You can use an external service and paste the url, for example dropbox or similar.

  2. "Stress" messages are not 100% accurate. 3 users could be because you looked for different dates or booking steps. We do this in order to increment the urgency perception to help impulsive booking (CH is software designed to compete with Booking.com and other giant monsters for hotel reservations).

  3. "Anticipation" is not the same concept as "nights" stay. I bet you've already noticed. Save configuration and sync inventory will only perform "static" data caching on the website (hotel title, room types, etc.).
