Hello, I'm Edgardo and I have been using the Cloud Hotelier Panel for quite a while now and I'm experiencing an issue with the prices of my rooms, You see, I live in Venezuela, a place that has been affected by hyper-inflation and the prices have skyrocketed. When I try to put a price bigger than 8 digits the program automatically replaces it with 99.999.999,99 and that doesn't really work for me. We're slowly starting to lose money for the quantity of closed rooms we have. I would sincerely appreciate your help.

This problem resides in the old panel, in the new panel we could fix this issue but for that you will need to make a whole new website.
Also, we can't seem to find your paid user anywhere on the system, could you give us the name so we can see the hotel you have linked?

Oh, ok. How can I migrate the my site to the new platform? I mean, to migrate the template CH provided to the new platform. Should I post my user in this thread?

The easiest and cleanest way to do it is starting the website from scratch, as for the user, just create a new ticket with your user info.

If you are creating a new user than I would believe so since there is no way to link a new account. Why do you need to create this new account for?

I thought that if I started the site from scratch I would need a new user
