I tried to put the following code into bottom contact of Splash Theme but the editor keeps removing it.

Hello Binh,
This is a problem from Joomla default editor, that Joomla seems to be unable to fix for years.
It's recommended to change the default Joomla Editor by JCE Editor, please see:
