I am in trouble when customer ask to change/modify a reservation. I was able to edit and change everything, adding rooms or deleting etc...
For now, I have to make a new one and cancel the old one because I cannot modify an existing one
In the old system, there was also a feature (quotation-insert a new booking) that let me book inside my account also without using public values (I mean I could make a reservation using different prices from the ones available for website customers) and also without asking credit cards details.Would those features be implemented also in the new one?
Also, the feature that allowed to export bookings in excel was really nice

Hello there,
We are not sure if we will be implementing the modify feature in the future. Here's the reason:
We believe that HRS Manager should be tool for selling the rooms on the site, a tool designed ONLY to sell rooms.
For this reason, we have started the development of our own PMS tool, that will allow to change/edit bookings, and send them to your customers with ease.
Regarding the booking engine, we do want the ability to modify reservations, but only by the customers on the website, not by the hotelier, as we believe a good PMS would be better for the job.
The possibility for the users to change their reservations will be available at some point, but now we are focusing in other priorities.
