Hello,
i've just purchased the basic subscription in order to download the Ocean Theme, i've followed your tutorial to customize CSS with my own file, but even if i add my custom.css or custom.min.css file in the main folder (webroot/templates/ocean/assets/theme/css) or the style folder i've chosen (webroot/ocean/templates/ocean/styles/aqua/css) i am unable to load css files.
The website is on my local server and i've selected the option LOAD CUSTOM CSS in Joomla Template Configuration.
The only way to load my code is editing the default theme.min.css but i prefer add my custom css file because the min file is compressed and messy of course.

Have you checked that you have the latest version installed?
We have checked and everything seems to be working fine.

Yes, of course, i've downloaded quickstart version of Ocean template 1.6 , following your instruction i eas unable to lad my custom css file..

Please could you re-install Ocean template 1.6 and try again?
Please also check you have the correct permissions and the file location is this:
templates/ocean/styles/aqua/css/custom.css
Also make sure that you have the option activated in the template params:
Load custom.css => YES
