Hello Mark,
I'm sorry we have released a completely new software so you might want to update to one of the new templates.
That said, you could uninstall the old booking engine client and install the new one, so you can use the new panel. But, doing so, you will face poor styling, as Minimal CSS is not prepared for the new booking engine.
It might be easier to build a brand new site than re-style the template to use the new system.
