I am doing last test before to go live
When making a reservation I do not receive the confirmation email
All i working Joomla side and I receive from CH the email with the credit card
Bur I do not receive the eamil as customer and as hotel booking dept
Any suggestion ?

Hello there,
As you are receiving only the CH cloud system emails, (details and card), I bet that you might have some problem in your Joomla email configuration.
The conformation email is sent by your Joomla, using the local system, so, please check that your Joomla website is capable to send emails to your email address.

Hello there,
I've checked your website and found that you have restricted access via .htaccess password.
When using CloudHotelier secure card form you will need to disable the .htaccess protection in order to test the email system.
When the user post the card details to the remote card system the booking is confirmed and the system notifies the website so it send the email to the customers.
With .htaccess protection in place the notification is blocked so the confirmation email is not being sent.
