Hello the system has a big mistake, in the backend there is not the button Availability & Rates I can not work with this system !!! ?? Please check, https://panel.cloudhotelier.com/ari ,...I can not adjust anything!!! the page is not working correctly!!?? Please check!

Hallo Joel, in the Cloud Admin Panel, there is not the Rubrick Availability & Rates on the left !! ?? Only>>>Dashbord, Bookings, Inventory, Manage Propertie and System !! ?? >> >> Availability & Rates does not exist, you can not book it because you get this error.Sorry, no availability found. you can see why the admin panel is not working

I'm sorry there was a system update and the tutorials are now out-dated. We will need to update the tutorial. Meanwhile if you have any specific question regarding the new Inventory screen, don't hesitate to ask.

Regarding your website, please follow our tutorial, if you have any question at any point you can ask for specific support on that particular issue. Please wait until we reply to your latest question so we can move forward. I've just checked and see you have lots of problems right now. :(

Your site doesn't work properly? Please disable Joomla user/password protection before we can check it out.

It's recommended to not use this Joomla protection and use a apache . htpasswd instead.

Hola Xavier, of course I can get on my account. This is not the problem. Joomla and template flat I loaded down from your website. Joomla and template is working well, this in not the problem. The problem is: if a client want to make a reservation on this template the booking ends here: http://domicilio-mallorca.com/index.php/en/engine/book?promo_code=&start_date=2018-03-10&end_date=2018-03-17&party=6&rooms=110951.110250.ro
The Client can`t make a finally reservation. So i can give you all password from Joomla and from cloudhotel account and you can see it by yourself what I mean. Saludos Mikel

Sorry the account is not working !!! Strato everything adjusted to access rights! Have now 14 days my business lost, previously under Jommla 2.5 everything went well! Now I have no time to deal with the problem! Give me my money back And I can order another system! Greeting Mikel
