Error in Confirmed Booking page

Hi,
I have received an error message "an error occurred" at the end of booking page, is it because i'm using the joomla extension version of cloud panel. I will be using 'Collect card details as guarantee' since my country doesn't support online payment.

I'm sorry but at this moment, the "secure card form" service is only available when using the "cloud" version of HRS Manager.

As the secure card form is hosted in our servers.

Hello Kunjan,

Our plans are to develop that service for HRS extension also, but I don't think it will be available for this season.

That said, you can use the built-in card form. Please note this is not recommended for the vast majority of users, that's the reason it is a hidden feature:

To activate it, you need to access the HRS Engine options with the advanced=1 param.

Hi,
I'm really grateful for the help with "built-in card form" is there any way to make it more secured. If it's not possible can we install our custom plugin for "built-in card form" and how do we do that?
