Hi,
I downloaded Suites & Spa Theme Package (not theme update), unzip and upload via ftp to newly created folder of my website, not in the root. After that when I go to http://mydomain.com/newwebsite/installation/index.php I get error HTTP ERROR 500.
I can't install. If I try to install latest joomla via my cPanel installer, then joomla is installed ok.
Can you help me around error 500 or how can I upload only template to install from my cPanel installation?

I've been making some tests and I didn't have any problem, so that's probably an internal error in your server. You should contact your host and once solved try again with the installation process. You can follow our tutorials here.

Is there option where I can install joomla from autoinstaller(as that is working) and after successful installation just to upload template?

Hi,
I'm sorry but that's not possible.
Try to contact your host, because ERROR 500 is an internal server error, probably because of a wrong configuration, they should give you a solution to that issue, and then you shouldn't have any problem to install Suites & Spa or any other theme.

Your support is terrible. You can't sell product if you didn't test it. I spend two days to realize that I can't install it in the folder of my wish, but need to be in the root. Now, finally when I realize that, I cant access my website on index.php or on administrator as again I receive HTTP ERROR 500 with
Fatal error: Class 'JModelList' not found in /home/.../public_html/.../components/com_jkit/helpers/model/items.php on line 14
and the file items.php is empty. You can't sell product with your own joomla installation as obviously you don't make any upgrades. I spoke couple of times with my host support and they can't do anything more, as official joomla installation over autoinstaller is working just fine. I DEMAND HELP or my money back

As Joel pointed, we haven't found any issue with our download.
CloudHotelier theme-pack can be installed in any directory of your site, just as a normal Joomla installation.
If you need help, we can install the theme-pack for you on your host.
Just open a new ticket with your hosting panel access details.
