Inventory Sync Error: API_MODEL_INCORRECT_DATA_SOURCE

Hi,

I have installed Splash theme package and followed your tutorial for "Booing systems first steps".
When i go to the Hotel Management client and enter the id and secret key of my app, i get the following error:

Inventory Sync Error: API_MODEL_INCORRECT_DATA_SOURCE

Allthough i have selected the "production" option.

Hello George,

Please make sure you select the "Admin Panel Production" option in Data Source (Joomla Administrator => Components => CloudHotelier Client).

Also make sure you insert your App ID and secret key.

Hi Xavier. I have the same problem. I have installed flat theme pakage, selected "admin Panel Production", same secret key, ID and the sytem show allways the Inventory Sync Error: API_MODEL_INCORRECT_DATA_SOURCE

Hi Xavier,

As i mentioned in my initial post

  1. I have selected the admin Panel Production
  2. I have the correct secret key and ID

But after that i get the Inventory Sync Error: API_MODEL_INCORRECT_DATA_SOURCE

I have provided administrator credentials in my ticket. Please see for your self and help me as it has been allready 1 week that i am not able to use the service setup the website.

Hi Xavier,
We have the same problem with one of our websites, its exactly the same App ID and Secret Key as usual, but we get a sync error: API_MODEL_INCORRECT_DATA_SOURCE. May be its something global?
P.S. We are with "modern" theme

Hey to all,
We have fixed it!
Try to update and/or upload the newest version of CloudHotelier HRS Engine and CloudHotelier HRS Manager from "Downloads" direction.
