Hello Giuliana,
You only need to add more hotels to your app, the system will automatically detect that you have a multi-hotel reservation site.

Hello Giuliana,
I've checked your app configuration and it's empty (there are no hotels added). You need to add your hotels at the App Hotel/s field.
