in the demo template (flat) the "page" section is good.. but if you write more than 2/3 rows of text in mobile (iphone 5/6) text is cutted off and the images are shown above text .. can you pls tell me how to reduce text size or image size.. or how to increase the "box" size?

yes.. this screenshot is an iphone 7.. i assume that iphone 5 the screen resolution is lower and the text is under the images

Please note that it's not recommended to build your website using the Joomla "Site Offline" feature.
Also note that when login-in as super administrator user in the front-end you WILL have display issues because of the Joomla front-end module editing.
So please when developing a website use a subdirectory, like www.mywebsite.com/dev/ and move to the actual root when it's finished.
Don't use the "Site Offline" feature, this is not designed to build your website.
