PayPal Payment issue

My customer report issue about booking payment and record.

After finished booking then goto payment the booking system will redirect to PAYPAL.COM so, after customer completed payment, PAYPAL not link back to the booking system at hotel website, anyway when they click "back to your shop" button on PayPal website booking system will back to last page then start payment loop again .

And This is issue, the guests who make a booking with hotel they have to paid for their room but system isn't issue booking voucher and record booking in cloudhotelier back end panel and don't have any email to notified to customer or hotel.

I've try to goto cloudhotelier component on Joomla then setting in Payment Platform Tab as Payment Display and select option "Display Payments Form in a iFrame" but after finish booking I got error on page that PayPal aren't allowed iFrame.

Please suggest me how to solve this issue for my customer.

There's nothing we can do, as that's a Paypal page we cannot control.

payment loop again

This happens when the paypal IPN (instant payment notification) is not received and processed by the website. The new version has a better flow for this issue, as the user is able to wait for the IPN

In resume, the website cannot confirm the reservation because no IPN is received. This happens sometimes because the website is missconfigured (sometimes firewall extensions can intercept IPN) and sometimes Paypal is slow sending the IPN (up to several minutes).

Also, iFrame is not supported by Paypal. The user has to be redirected to the site, there's nothing we can do.

I will take a look to your website to check out what's wrong with the IPN

Dhechasetri October 18, 2016   Anyway this website we have installed Cloudhotelier system more than 6 months and it's worked for longtime until yesterday we just found this issue, and now my customer they got a problem with the guests who was paid but can't completed booking. Please help me to solve this issue. Thank you.

Hello Dhechasetri,

It seems that Paypal was under a heavy DDOS attack, that affected many other popular services too.

My customer site still got loop payment with paypal after payment your system can't issue booking id and record booking please help.

I have checked and your website is not receiving any IPN from paypal.

Please check your Paypal account and make sure the payments are being processed.
