The Pro Plan is a subscription for 12 months, you don't have to pay every month. During your subscription period you'll have access to all themes, new releases, support and regular updates.
What happens if you don't renew your plan after 12 months?
Your website will continue working without problems, but you won't get support or updates for templates or paid extensions.

We are investigating the reason that you account was suspended, your renovation is scheduled for 2017-09-29 and it should be processed automatically unless you cancel your subscription.
