I wonder if there is access to the database in cloud panel in pro subscription? If so, how do we go about to see how are the structure like? considering the option for cloud-based or on our server.

Hello Castel,
You cannot access the database directly in our installation, but you can access to API methods and also you can download information in CSV.
You can download HRS manager and install in your server, but some features won't be available like Channel manager integration or secure card form.
