I am really impressed by the layout and the detailed information while booking from starting to end. Is there any free template sample so that i can test the features, there is few features i wanted to test but with the limited features in the free version i'm unable to. For example limit booking to certain room.

Yes, you can download Flat template for free. You couldn't access the download because we where making some changes.
