could be possible (or maybe you know some plugin that could do this) to send an email 1 week after checkout asking guest to leave a comment (also compiling a form) with a score from x to y that colud be shown on a section of the site ? and also a system like in the ecommerce system that allow to rate a product or an item like for es the rooms, the restaurant ecc?

Hello There,
About the comments / reviews, we think that operation should not be dependent to the reservation system but the management system.
Once the guest hits the hotel he/she enters to a new level of management, like PMS, so we are not thinking in implementing that feature in the reservation system.
Since we are building property's website displaying the customer reviews makes no sense, as nobody would trust that kind of information.
Although our software can be used to build OTA style portals, we consider don't consider that kind of business in our core focus so we will not develop software features to meet that requirements.
That said, of course you can develop your own plugins, as CloudHotelier is full open-source software.
