The CloudHotelier Booking System (CloudHotelier HRS Manager) it's a only unique payment of 199,00€ (Pro Plan). It includes:

• Support for 12 months.
• Access to all downloads (templates and extensions).
• You don't have to pay every month a fee.

The booking engine can be installed in your own hosting server or with us, you can choose. If you choose the cloud version you will have access to:

• SiteMinder, the channel manager leader in the market.
• You will have to pay for year for the cloud service, with the other option no.
• Access to the new updates and new templates.

So, if i use cloud service i have to pay €199 + €XXX for the cloud service. Is correct? How much cost the channel manager SiteMinder?

If i use my hosting i have to pay €199 every year but i can't use the channel manager SiteMinder. It's right?

Can i install cloud hotelier only in joomla?
If i wouldn't the templates? The cost is the same (€199)?

• The Pro Plan (199€) includes the cost of cloud service. On the other hand, the cost of SiteMinder depends on the case, if you are interested we have to contact with SiteMinder to get a price . We also are integrate with Myallocator (the cost is often less than Siteminder).
• With your own hosting, you only have to pay 199€ (unique payment, support for 12 months). Once you finish your subscription you can continue using it, but you can't access to the support, news templates or updates (you will have to renew if you want this options).
• Currently CloudHotelier is only available on Joomla. We are working to expand the booking system to Wordpress.
• The cost is the same with templates that without.

1) ok, with the "cloud version" i add an iframe on my site for show the booking form and offers page?

3) I will have 2 different panels, one for the booking engine and another for the channel manager?

• You can add an iframe or anything else to show the booking form. Also you can create a New Menu Item to create the Offers Page (the page is fully provided with a layout from the Booking System, you only have to select it on the menu item).
• All the work of the integration is already done, so is really easy connect with a channel manager.
• Two different panels. Important: You can update with SiteMinder all of the channels that you have, the booking system is included here, so you only have to use one of them.

The booking with cloud panel can be used with a static site for example?

So cloud hotelier is used only for set the booking engine the first time after, i can use siteminder for set prices, offers and other of all my channels?

With the booking engine is possible set the price for single unit or for groups of rooms?

Hello Samuele,

You can set up a Joomla website for the booking engine, and have a separated static website for the main site. Check out https://artiemhotels.com as an example.

You would need to develop a search form for the static website, or you can just use a "Reserve" button if you don't want to develop a custom search form).

That said, we recommend to use our full-site (theme-pack) installation, as it has better conversion rate, because the booking engine is fully integrated into the site, and our templates are specially designed for hotels, so you'll benefit from our knowledge and experience, as they are fully optimized for conversion.

When your site or booking engine is set-up, you'll only need to map you room types and rates at SiteMinder or similar, so you are covered with the daily work of managing the availability and rates.

Please note that at the time of this writing CloudHotelier HRS is not a property management software (PMS), so we don't work with room units. You'll connect SiteMinder to CloudHotelier like you would do to an OTA, like Expedia or Booking.com.

If you need a PMS solution, the good news is that we are currently developing this product, the bad news is that is not ready yet (although we expect to launch it this fall).

For €199 i can install the booking engine in only one site?

For static site i can realize the booking form but can you support me for realize the action when click on the button? I imagine the booking will connect with your server in this case and open another window with inside the availability...

For channel manager request i must write to siteminder, right?

• Pro Plan (199€): 1 Site License
• Pro Plan (299€): 3 Sites License
• Pro Plan (499€): 10 Sites License
