Yesterday I buy a product in your company by credit card.
We are also a company and normally we can pay inside the EU without tax.
Is it possible to send us a bill without tax € 39,80 and pay us the tax back?

Thank you very much for your purchase.
I'm sorry but we are not VIES-registered, so we are obligated to charge tax to all our EU customers.
I think that you are able to claim the VAT refund via the authorities in the country where your business is based.
