Or is that not possible?
Can't find it how to fix.
Also another question, why is the booking screen English, while the language is Dutch or German..

Hello!
To translate the Booking System please follow this tutorial.
To receive emails on every booking you'll need to add an email in System > Global Configuration > Server > Mail Settings and in your pannel Hotel Settings (Notify camps).
