I have an error 500 with that :

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/hotelibisvendee/public_html/18/templates/chthemes/helpers/init.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear') in /home/hotelibisvendee/public_html/18/templates/modern/index.php on line 14
could you help me to correct that cause it's clearly cause of the template and not cause of my server.

Hello, Anne-Marie.
Don't install a template on an empty Joomla as a base, our templates are actually a pack (Plugins, modules, css, Chthemes templates folder whit the init.php file in it...).
You have to install out Theme packages. If you need Modern, download this, extract it in your server and install it as a regular Joomla installation.
I recommend you to follow this tutorial.
