Hello there
The minimum php version required is 5.4.3, you have installed 5.4.19, this is an outdated / unsupported version.

Ok, I now have PHP5.6 and still could not get either of the template to install (Splash or Ocean). Why?

It seems that you haven't installed a Theme-Pack but a fresh Joomla installation.

Could not sync the inventory from the Admin Panel using the "Admin Panel Extension" Data Source; it gives error:
Inventory Sync Error: API_MODEL_INVALID_ACCOUNT
Both App ID and Secret key are ensured to be consistent. Do I need to set an Endpoint url to what or what id wrong here?
