Hello Dylan,
CloudHotelier PMS is still in private beta for some reservation system "heavy users". We are working closely with this customers to make the better product possible before opening to everyone.
CloudHotelier PMS is an independent but complementary system that is synched to HRS manager and other reservation channels, some of them are managed via a channel manager and other are made directly to the channel.
Still some more work is needed before we can release an open-source version, but our plans are to open the cloud version to anyone in one month or two, when some important third party integrations are live.
Also, we plan to record a demo video in the next weeks so you will be able to evaluate the system before you make a decision.

Good afternoon, we are very interested in acquiring a reservation schedule for our hotel but we have a question. The subscription value of 199€ for the PRO plan is anual or is it a one time payment?
